I appreciated the convenient location close to the main town, the castle, and the lake. The hotel provides many nice buffet options for both dinner and breakfast. Gelato was available at dinner (a good treat!). Our spacious room included a double sink in the bathroom.

I noticed the bathtub/shower would benefit from a grab bar to improve safety.

The swimming pool offered a great view of the surrounding area. I also saw that bike rentals were available at the premises. Guests can also use the sauna for relaxation (it looked quite inviting).

I stayed in a lakeside suite and it was amazing! the views of the lake and castle were very nice from the balcony and bedroom. I spent hours just soaking it all in. the room itself was large with a dedicated sofa area, i really appreciated that. the staff were both efficient and polite, i found them helpful with any questions i had.

The air conditioning wasn't quite as powerful as i'd hoped. It was a minor inconvenience though.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of options, i enjoyed the variety; robot cat waiters served us! the restaurant has beautiful views overlooking the lake, i had a great time eating there.

the hotel offered convenient parking right in front. staff communication was efficient. the bar staff provided excellent service. i found these aspects particularly helpful .

the room faced the main road resulting in considerable noise. this impacted my ability to relax fully. better sound insulation would improve the experience.

I booked through the hotel's official website but the actual place DIFFERS slightly from their online presentation. The room faced the noisy main road, UNACCEPTABLE. The bed was worn. You could notice a dip.
